Zeus’ Closet has revolutionized the way personal and company apparel is ordered and created. We allow you to truly personalize every detail of your embroidered apparel – including the artwork – with no minimums. And best of all, we show you exactly how your order is going to look before we make it.

The flowchart below explains the typical process and timetable for ordering a custom product from Zeus’ Closet. This scenario reflects a crossing jacket ordered with normal turnaround time, but rush options are available.

Step 1 – Tell us what you need.

Visit us in-store (1339 Marietta Blvd. Suite C, Atlanta, GA 30318): Choose from our selection or bring in your own item for personalization. One of our friendly associates will walk you through the design process and help you place your order.

…Or Shop online: Our intuitive forms allow you to easily customize your apparel and accessories online. Select a product, get a quote, and complete your purchase all via the web.

Step 2 – Buy it.

Securely pay using cash, any major credit or debit card, PayPal, or even ApplePay (in-store only).

Step 3 – Preview and Approve.

If you ordered a custom product, then we will provide you with a full-color proof after we have received your order and payment. This allows you to see exactly what your order will look like before we make it. You will need to approve this proof before your order goes into production.

If you request changes, we will provide you with a new proof that includes your requested changes.

Once we have your approval, we will begin creating your order and final product will look exactly like your proof.

Production times vary depending upon the item, level of customization, and production method. We can even fulfill some orders same day (extra fees apply).

After your order is complete, we will notify you that your order is ready for pick-up. If you request that it be shipped, then you will receive an email with the tracking number  for your package. Your order should arrive within 1 to 5 business days after we ship it out, depending on the where you are located and the shipping method.

Common Questions About Proofs:

Can I see a preview of my item before I buy it?

After you place your order, we will create a full-color proof for every custom item in your order. This allows you to see exactly how your items will look before we actually start stitching them. This also gives you a chance to catch mistakes or make changes before it’s too late.

Other stores won’t take the time to create a proof for you; you just have to cross your fingers and hope that they get it right. At Zeus’ Closet however, we give you complete control over how the finished garment will look.

When will I get my proof?

Sometimes, we can design your proof real time after you pay for your order. Otherwise, we will email it to you for approval. If your design is very complicated, it may take longer.

Why can’t I see a proof before I pay?

At Zeus’ Closet we treat every piece of clothing like a custom work of art. Your proof is created by real human artists, not by some automated software. Our team consists of the most advanced designers and embroiderers in the industry. We pay our team members a salary for their time and expertise. Therefore, we require full payment up front before we begin any design work. Once we receive your order and payment, we will provide a full color proof for your approval. We will make unlimited changes until you are happy with the design. Once we get your final approval, we will begin the actual production process.

What happens if I don’t like the proof that is sent to me?

You may request as many changes as you want until the proof looks exactly how you want your garment to look. Changes are done at no extra charge unless you ask us to digitize a new image that is not already on our website.

What if I’ve received a proof, but now I’ve changed my mind and I want to cancel the order?

We will be happy to make necessary changes to your proof until you are satisfied. If you have simply changed your mind, however, and want to cancel your order after we’ve designed the proof (not due to any fault on our part), we will issue you a store credit.
