Custom Embroidered Patches

We can make custom embroidered patches from your logo, design, or concept, and there are no minimums. You could just get one patch, or you could get 100,000. Of course, the more you order, the less expensive your cost per patch, due to bulk discounts.

  • your design concept, logo, or image
  • the desired dimensions of the patch in inches (width and height)
  • the number of patches you need

How much do patches cost?

Here are some example prices:

For a basic logo or design made into a small patch (6 inches or smaller):

  • 1-4 patches = $35.00 per patch
  • 5-19 patches = $31.50 per patch
  • 20-49 patches = $24.50 per patch

For a complex logo, crest, artwork, or illustration made into a small patch (6 inches or smaller):

  • 1-4 patches = $65.00 per patch
  • 5-19 patches = $58.50 per patch
  • 20-49 patches = $45.50 per patch

For a basic logo or design made into a LARGE patch (7-14 inches):

  • 1-4 patches = $65.00 per patch
  • 5-19 patches = $58.50 per patch
  • 20-49 patches = $45.50 per patch

  • 100+ patches = $32.50 per patch

Large complex embroidered patch

For a complex logo, crest, artwork, or illustration made into a LARGE patch (7-14 inches):

    • 1-4 patches = $185.00 per patch
    • 5-19 patches = $166.50 per patch
    • 20-49 patches = $129.50 per patch
    • 50-99 patches = $111.00 per patch
    • 100+ patches = $92.50 per patch

    Do you make chenille patches?

    Yes, for chenille it's the prices listed above +$30 per patch, and allow about 4-6 weeks production time (no rush service available).

    Is there a setup fee?

    We may need to first digitize your image so that it can be embroidered. This may require a one-time setup fee of $40 per color.

     

    How long does it take to make the patches?

    Typically about 15 business days from the date of design approval (estimate). If you need your patches guaranteed by a specific date, we may be able to rush them for an additional fee.

     

    How do I adhere the patches?

    Unless otherwise noted, patches must be sewn on. Iron-on patches are available for quantities of 50 or more. Please see this page for more information.
