Logo Digitizing

Before we can embroider your logo, it must first be digitized so that our machines understand it. This is a very time consuming process.

The digitizing fee is a one-time setup fee; it does not include the price of your garment and embroidery. If you do not want to pay for digitizing, you can choose an icon from our Design Library instead.

Some people think that we just press “print” and your custom image is automatically stitched onto your garment. However, the process is way more complex than that. First, real human artists actually redraw your entire image in the computer by hand. After that, we program the design using special software so that our embroidery machines know exactly where to place every stitch. Then we do test runs as necessary to make sure everything sews out just right. This intensive process involves many peopleand takes time. If your design is very complex, it will require more time and work to digitize properly.
